The bus will leave Sunday, August 1st at 6:30am. Boarding begins at 6:00am.
Location: Arizona Charlie's Hotel and Casino - 740 S. Decature Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107
There will be a secure parking area provided for your vehicle in the large parking lot on Evergreen. The bus will leave promptly at 6:30am and arrive in Lake Tahoe at 4:00pm. You will be taken directly to the Lakeside Welcome BBQ and at the end of the event you will be transported to Harvey's Resort Hotel.
The bus will depart Harvey's Resort Hotel promptly on Tuesday, August 3rd at 1:30pm and arrive in Las Vegas at 10:30pm. Food & beverages will be available.
Round trip fare is included with each conference registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for $60 each. Limited seating available.
A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE ON THE BUS.
